Domestic Appliance Distributors - Incentive Trip

This leading Gloucester-based white goods distributor has run incentive programmes for their top nationwide customers for a number of years. Previously for D.A.D, Posh Pig Promotions organized groups of 50 winners to visit Grand Prix’s at Monza, Barcelona and Nürburgring. More recently, ‘holiday style’ incentives have been organized, with the 25 top customers and their partners going on a 5-day trip to Club Med in Portugal.

Arranging group trips abroad requires a lot of attention to detail and stretches internal resources; D.A.D staff freed themselves up to concentrate on their core business by utilizing the Agency’s skills. Research on the most suitable venue; co-coordinating the flights from a number of UK airports; collating delegate information; creating personalized itineraries and handling the logistics from the time the delegates arrive at the airport to the moment they landed back in the U.K. all have to be managed. During the trip itself D.A.D staff could relax with their customers without having to worry about the next logistical concern.

The trips give an excellent opportunity to create the right atmosphere for the further development of relationships between D.A.D staff and their customers which, in turn, brings about increased business; everyone’s a winner!
